- 1. First press down the piston of the solder sucker until it is stuck.
- 2. Use an electric soldering iron to heat the solder joints until the solder melts.
- 3. While removing the soldering iron, quickly paste the solder joint on the nozzle of the solder sucker and press the button of the solder sucker.
- 4. The operation is not clean at one time, and the operation can be repeated many times.
- Make sure that the piston of the solder sucker is well sealed. Before powering on, use your fingers to block the small hole of the solder suction head and press the button. If the piston does not easily shoot off, the seal is good.
- The aperture of the solder sucker head has different sizes, so choose the appropriate size to use.
- When the solder suction head is worn out, replace it with a new one in due course.
- Dip a little rosin every time before touching the solder joints to improve the fluidity of the solder.
- The time for the head to touch the solder joints is a little longer. When the solder melts, draw a circle clockwise with your hands outwards, and then press the solder sucker button.
